Stripper bolt

A strippper bolt (precision stripper bolt) is a high-precision bolt mainly used for supporting and retaining moving components such as stripper plates in stamping dies. It is specially designed to withstand repeated impact loads in the tensile (pulling) direction.

※ Structure and characteristics of a stripper bolt:

• Hex socket head design
• The shank is heat-treated and precision-ground to ensure high accuracy

※ Difference from a shoulder bolt:

Although similar in appearance, they serve different purposes.

• Stripper bolt: designed to withstand repeated impact loads in the axial (pulling) direction
• Shoulder bolt: used for guiding, positioning, or acting as a shaft at the shoulder section
