We assign dedicated inspectors on-site to conduct 100% visual inspection of all products, preventing quality variations and ensuring stable, consistent supply.
Based on shipping instructions, we inspect packaging and labeling to ensure products are properly packed, preventing damage or mix-ups during transportation and ensuring reliable delivery.
During mass production, each process is confirmed with the manufacturer in accordance with the QC process chart to ensure quality. A mandatory witness inspection is conducted for the initial shipment, and only approved products are shipped.
