High Strength Washer

High-Tensile Washer is a flat washer with high hardness and resistance to deformation, designed for use with high-strength bolted connections. Compared with standard flat washers, it is thicker and provides better resistance to deformation under heavy loads.

It is commonly used together with:

• High-strength bolts with a tensile strength of approximately 1,000 N/mm²
• Hex bolts of property classes 8.8, 10.9, etc.

Common material: Heat-treated S45C steel (H).
