Hex weld nut
A hex weld nut, also known as a weld nut, is a type of nut designed to be permanently welded onto a metal sheet.
When direct threading cannot be applied to thin metal sheets, this nut provides a stable and strong threaded connection after welding.
Welding method:
It is typically fixed using resistance projection welding. Electric current is passed through three projection points on the contact surface of the nut, generating heat that melts and fuses it firmly to the metal surface, ensuring a strong and reliable joint.

What is a pilot:
